Chemical peels are used to improve the texture of the skin, increase cell turnover rate, reduce lines, hyperpigmentation, wrinkles, scarring, acne or acne scars, precancerous lesions, and rough skin. Depending upon the patient’s skin type and degree of damage, different formulas and concentrations are used. After a thorough skin analysis and discussion, the appropriate level of peel will be determined to achieve each patient’s desired goal. These peels include Lactic Acid, Glycolic Acid, Salicylic Acid, Vitamin A (retinol), Trichloracetic Acid (TCA) and Jessner’s Solution.
PCA Exfoliating Peel and Oxygenating Treatment
A PCA exfoliating peel is a light to medium peel proven to effectively exfoliate, bleach and inhibit pigmented production while repairing and reducing breakouts. This treatment controls oils, softens lines and provides a more even and smooth skin texture. The oxygenating portion of the treatment increases skin oxygen consumption and cellular metabolism to revitalize and firm the appearance of your skin.
Microdermabrasion is a mildly abrasive, exfoliating skin-care treatment that is used to rejuvenate the skin. It is used to treat uneven skin tone and texture, acne breakouts and scarring, reduce fine lines and wrinkles and stimulate collagen. By removing the dead and/or damaged outer layer of skin cells on the outer layer of the epidermis, it allows your skin to regenerate, look and feel better.
Say goodbye to fine lines, wrinkles, sunspots, acne scars and other existing blemishes with Micro-Needling BioRevitalization!
The new oscillating skin rejuvenation system has multiple micro-needles that are spring-loaded and gently penetrate the skin. While this may sound painful, it is not. The micro-needles are set to different depths depending on the treatment, creating multiple channels, which can then be combined with topical growth factors, anti-oxidants, vitamins or topical Hyaluronic acid.
Micro-needling is a minimally invasive procedure and will target the underlying factors that cause aging using hyaluronic acid, anti-oxidants, cytokines, coenzymes, vitamins and minerals. Our topical nutritive serum combines 57 of the most effective ingredients for skin rejuvenation!
Micro-needling therapy stimulates production of collagen; brightens, tightens and smooths the skin; reduces the appearance of wrinkles, scars and roughness. After your therapy, take advantage of our exclusive hyaluronic rejuvenating mask to ensure maximum absorption of essential nutrients.
Dr. Graivier recommends six to 10 treatments in seven to 10 day intervals for optimal results. Each treatment has minimal down time, with mild redness.
Micro-needling therapy can also be used to stop the progress of hair loss and stimulate the re-growth of new hair.
The microneedles are similar to those used in acupuncture and only penetrate the top layer of the scalp. This non-intrusive method allows up to five times as much topical treatment to be absorbed thus stimulating natural repair pathways to support scalp healing and allow new hair growth. Dr. Graivier will develop a treatment plan customized for you to obtain the desired results.
Optimal results for hair re-growth can be achieved in 12 treatments in one week intervals.
Dermaplane is a non-invasive treatment that can be used alone or in conjunction with chemical peels to aid in their absorption. Dermaplane smooths and exfoliates the surface of the skin by removing dead epidermal skin cells and unwanted facial hair, also known as peach fuzz.
LED light therapy is for the treatment of stretch marks, fine lines, loose skin, scars and to decrease inflammation in tissues. The use of LED, or light-emitting diode, is a non-invasive, natural cosmetic enhancement technique using both red (light) and infrared (heat) energy. The number and frequency to achieve desired results varies by individual and can be discussed with our LED specialist. LED treatments can be done alone or in conjunction with other services.
We specialize in teen and adult acne. Acne has many forms and its treatment must be formulated for each individual patient. Acne can be successfully treated with a combination of our medical grade skin care products, peels, and non-laser LED blue-light therapy. Your medical aesthetician will analyze your skin at the beginning of every treatment to assess which treatment will be most beneficial.
Acne Scarring can also be treated or modified with treatment modalities such as peels, IPL and laser technologies.
Eliminate the need to wear makeup and enhance your natural beauty. With permanent cosmetics, beautiful pigments are safely and professionally applied to the skin via micro-pigmentation. Permanent cosmetics can be used on eyebrows, lips, areola, (post reconstruction) and to camouflage scars.
Eyebrow shaping calls attention to your eyes, frames them, and makes them appear more open and youthful. For a more dramatic look, have your eyebrows and eyelashes tinted.
Exilis Elite is an FDA-approved, non-surgical procedure that reduces fat and tightens the skin on the face and neck. It improves the skin’s quality without downtime. The energy used during treatment heats the deeper layers of the skin causing fat cells to shrink as the skin contracts stimulating new collagen.
ThermiTight procedures are done for skin tightening of the neck/jowls, lower face, arms, elbows and knees. Local anesthesia is used as a small puncture is made in the areas to be treated (no sutures necessary). A probe is inserted and the temperature is raised to 55 to 60 degrees Celsius. This causes skin tightening, and fat can be “melted” as well. Compression garments are applied for the first two days (and longer for some areas).
