ThermiVa™ Procedure
ThermiVa™ treatments are non-invasive and non-surgical. The treatment delivers controlled thermal energy to the desired areas – external (labia) and/or internal (vaginal vault). The heat promotes collagen remodeling, helping to strengthen the structural support columns and improving the integrity of the skin. The complete ThermiVa™ procedure includes three separate treatments over a period of three months.
ThermiVa™ Treats:
Vaginal Laxity – tightens the vagina at the opening and the full length of the vagina that is noticeable to patient and partner.
Vulvar/Labial Laxity –tightens the labial tissues and reduces sagging. It results in softer and smoother skin that is very noticeable. Patients are more comfortable in tight clothing.
Vaginal/Vulvar Dryness or Atrophic Vaginitis – adds softer and thicker skin and relieves dryness without the use of hormones.
Mild to Moderate Stress Incontinence –reduces accidents and leakage and may reduce urge symptoms. Along with Kegel exercises women may avoid the use of mesh slings in their vaginas.
Sexual or Orgasmic Dysfunction –increases sensitivity and strengthens muscular contractions, leading to greater sexual satisfaction for women and their partners.

There is no downtime after the treatment, and no anesthetics are required.
