9 Months Post-Op: This patient had a history of trauma from a motor vehicle accident and underwent four prior abdominal surgeries, resulting in significant scarring and abdominal wall laxity. A Fleur-de-Lis–type abdominoplasty was performed with rectus muscle repair and comprehensive scar revision, using a low horizontal incision while addressing the prior vertical scar.
