Beautiful Results Start With The Right Surgeon
Dr. Hill began his academic career at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Maryland, where he earned degrees in Electrical Engineering and Pre-Medicine. He went on to obtain his Doctor of Medicine from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Phi Honor and Service Society and received the Honors and Service Excellence Award at graduation. During medical school, Dr. Hill served as a Teacher’s Assistant and held a Director position with the Red Cross of Sint Maarten, reflecting his early and consistent commitment to education and community service.
He was accepted into a highly competitive Categorical General Surgery residency at Hofstra Northwell Health in New York City. While there, he was honored twice as Surgical Scholar of the Year, received Best Oral Presentation at the SIUH Research Day, and placed in the top 90th percentile nationally on annual surgery board examinations. He continued his education with a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at Houston Methodist Hospital, Texas’s top-ranked hospital, where he once again earned some of the highest national scores during the plastic surgery board exams.
Dr. Hill’s rare combination of engineering insight and surgical expertise enables him to approach complex cases with both analytical precision and creative artistry. After completing his fellowship, he joined the world-renowned Graivier Center, where he was personally selected by Dr. Miles Graivier to carry on and evolve the Center’s legacy of surgical excellence. Today, Dr. Hill serves as the lead surgeon, known throughout Alpharetta and the greater Atlanta area for delivering refined, natural-looking results paired with empathetic patient care.
His dedication extends far beyond the operating room, Dr. Hill volunteers regularly on international surgical missions to Colombia, Guatemala, Zimbabwe, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo, where he provides life-changing procedures under resource-limited conditions. This global perspective continues to shape his compassionate, solutions-driven approach to care.
In 2025, Dr. David Hill and Dr. Miles Graivier were both honored with the prestigious Top Doc Connolly Award, recognizing their contributions to the field of plastic surgery and their continued excellence in patient outcomes. Dr. Hill is proud to bring together his elite training, advanced techniques, and heart for service to help every patient achieve the beautiful, confident results they deserve.
