The Graivier Center is excited to announce a new addition to the family beginning July 2021. In continuing our tradition of providing the most innovative, advanced and up-to-date techniques we have hand selected Dr. David Hill to join The Graivier Center team.
Dr. Hill is coming to us from Houston, Texas. He attended Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD where he received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Pre-Medicine. He then received his Doctor of Medicine from the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine where he was recognized during graduation with the Honors and Service Excellence Award for his vast contributions to the medical school and community. Afterwards he completed a 5-year general surgery residency at Hofstra Northwell Health in New York City. Dr. Hill subsequently completed a 3-year plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at the Houston Methodist Hospital, the number one hospital in Texas.
His clinical interests include complex reconstructive surgery involving all aspects of the body. He has special expertise in Moh’s defect reconstruction and microsurgical breast reconstruction. Dr. Hill utilizes new advances in breast reinnervation surgery to improve post-operative sensation. Dr. Hill also specializes in aesthetic surgery of the face/neck, breasts, torso and extremities.
He is a diplomat of the American Board of Surgery and is a member of several national societies including the American College of Surgeons, the American Society of Plastic Surgery, The American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, The American Medical Association and The American Society for Reconstructive Surgery.
Dr. Hill is passionate about volunteer medical mission work and participates in trips annually. Recent trip locations have included locations such as Colombia, Guatemala, Zimbabwe, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
Dr. Hill has many interests including sports and music. He is an avid hockey player and was an NCAA fencer for Johns Hopkins University. He also enjoys playing various instruments including the clarinet, saxophone and bagpipes.
