I’m excited to announce that the Graivier Center will soon be offering a new, completely non-invasive treatment for melting fat under the chin.
Newly approved by the FDA, Kybella is a non-surgical treatment for submental fullness (fat) under the chin. This is a common yet undertreated condition that can lead to an older and heavier look in otherwise healthy and fit adults. Submental fullness can affect anyone, men and women, regardless of age, weight or level of exercise.
Kybella is administered by injections into the fat under the chin. For best results, two to three 20 minute treatments one month apart will be necessary. Once we see the results we want, I do not expect retreatment to be needed.
I’m excited to be the first physician in Georgia to offer Kybella! The Graivier Center will also be training other physicians in the state in the proper way to use this treatment.
